This is a moderate flowing yoga practice that links breath to movement.
Currently, this class is being offered both in person at the studio (following COVID protocols) while also being streamed virtually. This allows you to join us in whichever way makes you feel most comfortable!
Please note: if you are unable to make the scheduled time, you can sign up for this class to receive a link to the recording! You'll have access to the recording via the link for 24hrs. That way, you can still practice with me when it's most convenient for you!
