In Studio + Virtual Vinyasa: Yoga Now

This is a moderate flowing yoga practice that links breath to movement. Currently, this class is being offered both in person at the studio (following COVID protocols) and streamed virtually via Zoom. This allows you to join us in whichever way makes you feel most comfortable!
